The fourth episode of “What’s New, BSU?” a weekly, live Zoom show for Bemidji State University employees produced by BSU’s Office of Communications & Marketing.

She talked about her involvement in BSU’s Living Well, Working Well committee, the training she has done to improve as a yoga instructor, and her work in the Bemidji community to encourage wellness and healthy lifestyles.
