Dr. Nusrat Chowdhury, assistant professor of technology, art and design at Bemidji State University, won “Best Presentation Award” at the 22nd annual International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in New York, New York.
“I presented my developed mathematical model and solution approach for a Hierarchical Production Planning Problem,” she said.
The International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management offers leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars the opportunity to exchange their experiences and research results within the field. It also provides an interdisciplinary platform to discuss recent innovations, trends and concerns as well as challenges and solutions adopted by field experts.
