Hundreds of new Bemidji State University students moved into their new homes in Oak and Tamarack halls and began their adventures as the university’s 101st incoming class.

The Aug. 23 Move-In Day kicked off the university’s Orientation & Welcome Week, which included BSU’s traditional Convocation ceremony and a variety of activities meant to help new students adjust to life in college.

Housing and Residential Life staff helped students register and answered questions while BSU student-athletes were on hand to help students move in. BSU President Faith Hensrud also stopped by to meet students and their families.
