
Bemidji State University and Northwest Technical College hosted free mindful meditation sessions April 10.
The sessions were lead by two Buddhist monks from Minnesota Buddhist Vihara; Bhante Seewalie and Bhante Kirti.
The subject of the session was to have great mindfulness meditation: LIVE in the PRESENT.Participants were able to stay for the full 2 hours session but were able to enter and leave based on their schedule.
These meditation sessions were made possible with the support and collaboration of our Chief Diversity Officer/Affirmative Action Office, Student Center for Health & Counseling, International Program Center, Hobson Memorial Union, and Center for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
