Poet Sean Hill, visiting professor of creative writing at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, opened Day 2 of the 2017 Minnesota Northwoods Writers Conference with a craft talk for attendees. Later in the afternoon, writers took to Lake Bemidji for pontoon rides and a barbecue.
