Bemidji State University hosted a unity event for students, staff, faculty and members of the Bemidji community who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual or allies to come together and share stories and ideas for change in celebration of National Coming Out Day on Oct. 11.
In conjunction with Homecoming, which takes place at BSU from Oct. 14-16, the National Coming Out Day event reinforces Bemidji State University’s role as a safe, welcoming home for all people.
