Members of the Minnesota House Capital Investment Committee visited Bemidji State University Wednesday on their statewide tour of projects the Legislature will consider for state bond money in 2016.
The group toured the nearly completed renovation of Memorial Hall and were briefed on BSU’s request for $18.1 million to replace Hagg-Sauer Hall with a much smaller and state-of-the-art academic learning center and renovate six other buildings to organize faculty offices into departmental learning communities. The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2017.
