Please note the following information and take action to register with US Bank to access your monthly p-card statement online:
- Beginning with the p-card statement due to arrive in February, you will be able to access your p-card statement online and print it for submission with your transaction log and receipts.
- For February, you may also still receive a p-card statement by U.S. Mail as an overlap between the change in statement processes, but please do not wait for a paper statement in February. The online p-card statements will be available earlier than the mailed statements and this will mean that the five business days for submission of your statement, transaction log and receipts will begin the day that statements are available online.
- Attached are instructions from U.S. Bank for registering and accessing your statement, as well as instructions if you forget your password. It takes only five minutes or less to register.
- Please register before February 6 at the link below so you will be set up to retrieve your statement when it becomes available February 7. Registration may take overnight to process at US Bank before you can access your statement.
- Please enable “Statement Notification” so that you receive an email as soon as your statement is available to access.
- For questions or problems with registering or accessing your statement, you must work directly with U.S. Bank because Procurement staff will not have the ability to see or help with your registration and access. The US Bank Access Online technical help desk number is 1-877-887-9260.
- Follow the instructions on the attachments to this message and register at this link: https://access.usbank.com
