A chef from Concordia Language Villages is sharing lessons on how to make root vegetable soup and baked apples on Wednesday, Oct. 23, from 5-6:30 p.m. in the American Indian Resource Center kitchen.
The workshop is part of a traditional skills workshop series hosted by the Bemidji State Sustainability Office and is free for students attending Bemidji State. Costs for non-students are $7.
As space is limited to the first 15 who register, interested participants are encouraged to register in advance, either in person at the University’s Sustainability Office, located in the lower Hobson Memorial Union, or by contacting Erika Bailey-Johnson, Bemidji State University sustainability coordinator, at (218) 755-2560.
