BEMIDJI, Minn. (March 19, 2012) — Bemidji State University student Anna DeJong will be performing her junior recital in the Thompson Recital Hall of the Bangsberg Fine Arts Complex on the Bemidji State campus March 24.
The recital is at 3 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
DeJong, a Coon Rapids, Minn. native, is a double music major in vocal performance and music education with a vocal emphasis. The junior sings in the Bemidji State Choir, Chamber Singers, and the Women’s Chorus. Her recital will include three selections by Henry Purcell and Joseph Marx. She will also be performing “Siete Caniones Populares Espanol” by Manuel de Falla and “Una Voce Poco Fa” by Giaochino Rossini.
