Do you have the chance to do what you do best every single day? Only 20 percent of all people report that they do. The 20 percent who do play to their strengths are six times more likely to be emotionally engaged on the job and three times more likely to report having an excellent quality of life. That makes them better, less stressed, more passionate and more productive employees who make significant, quality contributions to their organizations. Learn how to determine your team’s strengths and how to put those strengths to work during this illuminating four-day course. Space is limited so early registration is encouraged.
