BEMIDJI, Minn. – Bemidji State University’s Outdoor Program Center (OPC) will lead a free kayak trip on Lake Bemidji on Wednesday, Sept. 17.
Paddlers will meet at the OPC boathouse in Bemidji’s Diamond Point Park at 4 p.m. The destination will depend on the wind direction and strength. This excursion will not include a shuttle, so participants should be prepared to paddle both ways.
The trip is open to the public. Those interested in paddling must call the OPC to reserve a spot. Paddlers can travel in an OPC kayak, or are free to bring their own boat.
