BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University Center for Research and Innovation (CRI) will offer a presentation about Microsoft Office 2007 from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, at its facility located at 3801 Bemidji Avenue North.
The brown bag lunch session format is a half-hour presentation followed by a question and answer period. Attendance is free and open to all who would like to learn more about the topic. Participants are encouraged to bring along a bag lunch.
The featured presenter will be Gary Sorenson, an accounting instructor with Northwest Technical College, Bemidji.
This session will include a comparison of navigation between the new Microsoft Office 2007 and older versions of the software. The information presented will be helpful to computer users who are new to using Office 2007, those who are considering an upgrade or those who will be upgrading sometime soon. New features unique to Office 2007 will also be discussed and handout materials will be available to those attending.
