Fines and Consequences
- Underage Consumption – Mandatory court appearance with up to $1000 fine and/or 90 days in jail. A conviction will result in probation. Subsequent convictions ALWAYS result in executed jail time
- Open Alcohol Container – $50 fine
- Loud Party – $100 fine
- Littering – $100 fine
- Disorderly Conduct – $150 fine
- Public Urination – $50 fine
* $80 surcharge is added to every fine
