The Event Planning & Project Management Program focuses on designing, developing and executing meaningful and experiential events. This emphasis allows students to create meaningful experiences and events which can include conferences, conventions, concerts, trade shows, festivals and ceremonies.

Event Planners and Event Project Managers need to balance technology, art, design, creativity and innovation with logistics, financial planning and vendor management duties. They should excel at multitasking and balancing big- picture concerns like venue and contractor selection with details like décor and logistical planning.
