Jessica Dulz graduated from Bemidji State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Pre-Law emphasis. She went on to attend the University of St. Thomas School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2019. Jessica is a first generation college graduate and the only attorney in her family, but she always knew she wanted to be an attorney. She was originally drawn to BSU to play tennis, but quickly found her place in the Political Science Department and Pre-Law Club.
After completing law school, she began clerking in Hennepin County for a family court Referee. Jessica was able to see a variety of different family law issues and gain valuable experience working with Judicial Officers, attorneys and pro se parties. Now Jessica is an associate attorney at Messerli and Kramer, P.A. in their downtown Minneapolis office. Jessica’s practice includes divorce, custody and parenting time, paternity, spousal maintenance, child support, third party custody, grandparent visitation and adoption. Jessica is also a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. When she is not in Court, Jessica serves on the board of several family law groups and committees including the Family Law League and the Hennepin County Bar Association, Law Section.
