The Chemistry minor offers three specializations. The specialties within the chemistry minor include:

• Analytical chemistry: for students wishing to pursue careers in quality analysis or control of environmental applications.
• Biochemistry/biotechnology: for students in the biological sciences or pre-professional programs.
• Criminalistics: for students in criminal justice wanting experience in the chemical analysis of crime evidence.
